RB Eno Benjamin, NO (2 Viewers)

It's kind of between this guy and others like Kirk (falling recently), Etienne (unpredictable role) and Drake (totally depends on Dobbins health)

He's buried on the bench of the only Team I have him on, where I went RB-heavy (Mixon, Barkley, Zeke, Hunt, Mostert, Eno), so I'm not compelled to start him, but if I was, ****ty Thursday night football would factor into my decision as a negative, combined with this being the 1st game with Hopkins back on the field, and no Hollywood, which makes me think a lot of in-game experimenting might be going on. I wonder if the short turnaround actually helps with the Kyler XBox factor? Maybe he's forced to study more with so little time between games...

...I cringe to think about a scenario where Hopkins is like, 'Hey, I'm back, Hollywood's out, and we play Thursday - let's stay after practice every day and you throw me 100 balls, get our timing down"...Murray replies: "Sorry, man, no can do, I've got a hot date...and her name is Call Of Duty!!!"

Ugh.

All WRs have ups and down not named Cooper Kupp, Kirk was doing great when they were winning and the offense was rolling along better, Indy, Philly, Hou, those games have not been good.

All home games although London is questionable

I keep rolling Kirk out there as I assume you drafted 2-3 good ones ahead of him. For where I took him in the 7th round of many redrafts, hard to complain since he's usually my WR4/Flex options. Bye week pushes him into my starting line up.

Claypool around? Big news starting to develop with him, maybe make an easy trade with whoever has him. Looks like he might get a chance with Rodgers in Green Bay, I won't get excited but it looks like Claypool might be dealt, Packers are reportedly being "aggressive" and you do that when you are 3-3/2-4 and you have a guy like Rodgers at QB and he has nobody to stretch the field with.

Where are you getting the news about Claypool from? He literally could be a redzone monster like Adams was if that were true, and he has big play potential as well with an actual QB

And Jeremy Fowler has been reporting it

I can stomach the lack of speed, the lack of the goalline carry (and touchdown) is a bigger issue. But then he gets the 2 pt conversion run, go figure.

Eno Benjamin rushed 12 times for 92 yards and a touchdown in the Cardinals' Week 7 win over the Saints, adding four receptions for 21 additional yards.

Benjamin also converted a two-point try. Making his second start in five days, Benjamin produced better results than he did against the Seahawks even though he ceded 11 touches and a score to Keaontay Ingram. Ingram nearly scored another touchdown late in the third quarter, but it was overturned on review. Benjamin was the more explosive, dynamic player. It is likely to end up a moot point for Week 8, when James Conner will probably be ready to return from his rib injury against the Vikings.

Played him in one league, but pulled him for AJ Dillon in another...ugg

Watching him share the backfield last night doesn't bode real well for him being the workhorse when Connor returns.

I mean he was always only a 1-3 week play, glad I stuck with him last night due to BYEs, sometimes it's better to be lucky. He can run like he's in molasses, so long as he gets me 20 points.

They have been working him in all year, and he has been more effective than Conner.

Parlayed his good week into a 2023 4th rd pick. I do not see him as more than a flex play except when multiple RB in front of him on the depth chart are hurt.

Firing him up again with Connor now ruled out. Lost Breece and Penny for the year, so my options are down to Eno or Herbert.

Wish my crystal ball told me this yesterday before I started Gus last night. Hate Thursday games.
I hear ya man. Part of that group of managers trying to cobble together a decent RB Corp out of guys like Eno/Edwards/Foreman and inevitably making some mistakes along the way.

Best thing we can hope for is that some of those situations clarify themselves soon and we can roll out at least one guy confidently or rule some guys out and and at least know one way or another.

Eno looks like the best move this week but I have no idea what the value of Eno, Edwards, or Foreman will be next week. It is a roll of the dice when you try to look ahead.

Wow so what did he do I wonder? Pissed about usage yesterday and said something foolish? IDK but makes me wonder who might pick him up. If anyone. Saints? Rams?

I truly don't understand why any NFL team views Conner as anything more than a short yardage specialist.

Never really know what this kind of thing means. Usually perceived as bad initially. And usually it is. But sometimes they guy gets picked up by a team where he is more fit to have a role.

Maybe they don’t value the rb position because of kyler and needed the space to get Hollywood off of IR? From a roster perspective I can see that being the case but generally pretty foolish to release an average to above average player

Yeah, this is a case of "What did he do off the field?"

Ronald Jones has asked for his release from KC and can't get it. Odd all around.

Maybe he pulled an Elijah Moore, and if teams don’t have much money or draft capital tied up in you, they will release you if you do that.
