I think that's a little too high of an expectation for him on average, but I definitely think he can have games like that....just like he did this past week. For people with some short-term injuries and early bye weeks coming up, I think he can be a good fill-in player for the next few weeks...

I also picked up Hawkins in my ppr league. As long as Gordon remains suspended, I would consider him a good bye week replacement type of player....maybe low-end WR3. I'm not sure how much Cameron's status impacts him. FYI, in my league, Forsett went for about 50% of the balance.

He plays in the early game, so we should know in time to make lineup changes. If he plays, I'm starting him. I'm sure this will be discussed during the week by medical fantasy experts, but I really want to hear if this is something that he will be dealing with all season if he doesn't rest it...

Michael Floyd caught two passes where Palmer just throw a quick pass out wide to him. It looks like one of them ended up being ruled as a run. Does anyone actually remember if this was a backward pass (to be counted as a run)? In PPR, that can make a difference.

If Tate is out, probably West. Seems like the safest for carries/opportunities. If Rice ends up being cut or suspended longer, Forsett is probably a good pickup.

Bell has only one year in the league, so he likely don't have too many previous incidents. Blount on the other hand has been in the league for a while, so he could have a previous incident.

I have seen this reported everywhere, but I have not really seen much about what people think this means for him. Is this something that they think will heal at all? Would he get better in a few weeks or months? If he continues to just drop balls left and right he won't be playing...or at least...

Based on the MFL ADP, you could also skip RB at 2/3 turn and pick up Rashad Jennings, Ryan Mathews, Gerhart, Joique Bell, or even Ray Rice at the 4/5 turn as your RB2. Vereen could also be there. Performance during week 2 and 3 of preseason could change this. I wouldn't be surpised if Rashad...

In a ppr-league, I think the first pick is really close between Charles, McCoy, and AP (or even Forte). Slighth differences in league rules may sway it one way or another. My league has bonus scoring for long TDs, so I will be taking Charles. I think he has a greater chance of breaking big TDs...

I'm considering it in my flex (WR/TE) for his potential upside, but the risk is that he is just a decoy and won't contribute. The other player that I'm considering for the flex position is Charles Clay.
