After week 4 I traded him away for a 1st and 2nd next year in a 14-team single QB league (I own Herbert). The picks are currently number 4 in each round, not going to move down at all. I'm not making that deal today.
I got him at 95/200 in my 16-team dynasty auction league. There were losing bids of 57 and 9.
Puka was a target of mine in most leagues. I'm drawing blanks trying to remember why he wasn't on my team already. I drafted him in my redraft on the same day we auctioned, but not this league.
Context - 16-team dynasty auction with contracts. The big key is we have a roster limit of 3-RBs, so unless you've got some ****ter to throw away you aren't bidding on a dart throw RB. WRs are king, we can start as many as 4. Puka was the only one I was bidding on personally.
Puka - 95/200...
This is unreal. I had Jimmy G as my starter in an 18-team league with Heinicke as my backup. When Garappolo went down, I put in waiver claims for Purdy and Huntley. They were both claimed by teams and I missed out. In this particular league our playoffs start in week 14 still, for some reason...
I'm not sure how he was there but in my 12-team dynasty league I just grabbed him and dropped Darnell Mooney. That was the easiest decision I've made this year. My other WRs are Pittman, St. Brown, London, M.Williams and Gallup. Cutting Gallup would have been a lot more difficult.
At least they are a fun team to watch. Still have the frustration but it's exciting football. That's not something I've been able to use to describe the Lions since Barry was on the field. Now the D needs a total rework. Glenn's got to be on the hot seat right now but there isn't a ton of talent...
Only in my league with14-teams, 3-flex starters and 10-bench spots. Our waivers are void of anything worth mentioning at all and I just lost Shepard too. He's getting let go in my short league.
Chicago is a trainwreck. Hard to catch passes that aren't even being thrown. He's not going to see my starting lineup, hate to think about dropping him but another week like the past two and I might be there.
Not sure if this is what you're looking for or not, but I just finished drafting in a dynasty startup. 14-team PPR, 1-QB. https://sleeper.com/draft/nfl/784215259190788096
My 18-team league has a roster cap of 3-RBs. Freeman, Hubbard and Burkhead were my RBs coming into championship week thanks for injuries. Most other owners have checked out since their season has been over. Cut Hubbard to make room for Penny last night out of the free agent pool and started him...
St. Brown has caught at least eight passes in four straight games, which ties Odell Beckham Jr. for the longest such streak by a rookie in the Super Bowl era. He's already the Lions' all-time rookie reception leader. There are some silver linings on this team.
