I'll post pics of my haul shortly..  (Seriously tho, from you right @mr. furley?)

My package is 98% ready.. just have to pick up some beers, t-shirts are purchased.. Like many, I had to go to my 3rd and 4th options.. nobody has anything in stock.  Mine will be heading to an island on the East Coast...

Regional?  This year, every place I went had exactly what I wanted, first try.  Last year, I had to call and go back repeatedly.

Just be grateful I reminded old man Kutta - he tried to give you to me again.  I figured you'd want somebody with better taste than me.  :P
Haha... I don't remember which year was you but I think I still wear all my shirts I've gotten over all the years, and definitely drank all the beer!

But Kutta does set a high bar.   :banned:

Alright. Here is the loot from @rail. Six shirts, a cool bag, a hat, six pack, 2 big beers, and a bottle of whiskey. What the mother heck? Can't wait to dig into this stuff man - thanks for such a great haul!

Alright guys. I’m heading out of town for about a week and won’t have access to the spreadsheet. I’m extending the deadline to August 12 - that should give everyone enough time to get it done.

If you aren’t going to get your package sent out, please please please let me know. We can get subs for you, but I need to know.

If I don’t hear from you and you don’t get your package out, you may be disqualified from future exchanges.

@rail, can you update the spreadsheet for me showing that I received a package from you? I only have my phone and can’t update it on my phone. Thanks!

I’ll have to check when I get back in town - maybe I just missed the picture. I think there were 6 total.

high quality package from @Worm  :D

Thank you! Backs

the beer looks delicious, the shirts are high quality and will immediately go into my rotation. I’ll be sure to wear the Rocky shirt to church Youth group next week :)

It’s especially fun to get stuff from places you love visiting. One of my best buds lives just outside Asheville, and we lived south of Raleigh for 4 years. NC is in my top 5 states.

thanks!

@Getzlaf15 - life is a funny thing - you never know the ways that a stranger from the other side of the country that you've never met can impact your life.  I got up this morning early and drove to my Mom's to take her to see my Grandmother.  "Nana" is 100 years old and has not been doing well the last couple of weeks.  Two weeks ago my stepfather wrecked the Jeep I had given them 4 months ago and totaled it.  We had to tell him (he's 78) that he can no longer drive - we won't be getting them another car.  So, for the last two weeks I've driven my Mom to my grandmothers and sat some with them and got to talk to my Grandmother more than in the last few years.  Today being Saturday and the first big week of college football I asked my Mom if we could go early and I would drop her off early and come back and get her later.  Needed to get stuff done around the house and didn't want to be gone all day.  I dropped Mom off at 9:15 - I was back home and doing my chores, fixing the kids some breakfast when I got the call.  Nana passed away at 10:30.  Whirlwind of calling some folks, getting back over there to get my folks and packed up some things to take to her house.

I just walked in the door and the package from GB Getz was sitting on the front porch - after a long two weeks it put a big smile on my face.  And I immediately started laughing when I saw the note.  And then I opened up the epic haul and I was in awe.  Then I literally laughed out loud when I got to the special shirt@El Floppo - eat your heart out.

So, just wanted to say a big thank you to Getz and to @kutta for running things and for everyone who participates - this place is awesome.

Here's are the pics.

RIP AAA Nana. Glad if I could help ease the pain GB.

Just love the Black Butte Porter and Mad Swede shirts. @jamnyrecommended Mad Swede.  Really liked the DaShootz pilsners also.

The who is your fave / hated soccer team post was all for this. And you were the first to bite on it.  :lmao: . @zazale  @The Gator

ETA:  I was in a hurry to get the stuff out before the deadline the day I sent it, and I forgot to stencil @Ned's Mom as the name on the back of the T&T shirt.

Thanks buddy - love all of them but yeah, that Mad Swede is badass.  I’ll be wearing one to my sons apartment tonight - he’s fixing dinner for us for the first time!
