Instead of complaining that draft grades are pointless until three years, what say we choose to be productive?

Seattle Seahawks 2009 draft
1 Aaron Curry LB Wake Forest
2 Max Unger C Oregon
3 Deon Butler WR Penn State
4 Mike Teel QB Rutgers
5 Courtney Greene DB Rutgers
6 Nick Reed DE Oregon
7 Cameron Morrah TE California
Players still with team: 3
Starters: 1
Potential future starters: 0
Pro-bowls: 0
Positives: Unger is becoming a solid piece of a good young offensive line. Reed wowed some people in preseasons games making big plays, but that never translated to a real game. Morrah has become a dependable backup receiving TE. Butler is still on the roster, but he's behind BMW, Rice, Tate, Baldwin, and Obomanu. I have doubts he will be on the roster when the 2012 regular season starts.
Negatives: Curry was a bust. Measurables were off the chart, but he played with no instincts and was a poor tackler. I lost count of the number of times Curry tried to put a big hit a player that just bounced off and kept moving forward. The sad part was every draft pundit titled Curry with the "can't miss" tag calling him the safest pick in the draft. Seattle traded him to the Raiders for two late round picks (took JR Sweezy in the 7th this year and still have another pick in 2013 from the trade).
Grade: F
