Hi everyone! First post this season and I just couldn't be more excited to spend most of my downtime for the next 6 months here with you all!
I have sort of a broad question that I didn't find a recent thread on and wanted to see what everyone thought, and if they were in a similar situation...
I did a search and haven't seen a ton on the Zero RB strategy and was wondering what everyone thinks about it this year? Of course, strategies vary from league to league based on a number of factors. But to me, I feel like there are just so many RB2s and RB3s out there who can be gotten for...
Apologize if I missed it but I haven't seen a Perfect Draft article for a 14 teamer. For those of you that are in deep leagues, what's your strategy in PPR?
12 team, PPR. 6 pts all TDs, 1 pt every 10 yards rushing and receiving, 20 yards passing. -3 int, -2 fumbles, 3 point bonus at 100 yards rushing, receiving, 300 yards passing. No TE position, they count as WRs.
Two keeper league. Headed into this season I had Michael Thomas in the sixth and Ty...
Hey guys. 12 team, PPR, 6 pts all TDs. Need to keep two. Here are my keeper options, I lose the pick I put next to each player if kept. Thanks!
Michael Thomas (6th round)
DeAndre Hopkins (8th)
Isaiah Crowell (9th)
Ty Montgomery (16th)
Hi all -
So I'm sitting at 2-3 in this league. Have Gurley but could really use a boost at RB2, I'm eyeballing Doug Martin when he's off his bye next week. I also have McKinnon. I won't bore you with the details but it's a two keeper league, and McKinnon is keeper eligible but Martin isn't...
Has anyone ever run into this problem?
Two teams agree on a trade. Everyone in the league agrees the trade is fair. There is a veto process, but nobody vetoes it. The website the league is on has a full one day clause for trades to go through. The commissioner has the power to put the trade...
All signs indicate Dez is a go tonight. BUT, we all know how tricky a back can be and flare up at anytime. In the unlikely event Dez suffers a setback this afternoon and can't play tonight, does anyone have a contingency plan tonight or tomorrow's game (yuck)?
I'm thinking of picking up Stills...
Who are you targeting for weeks 14-16? I was planning on Buffalo but based on the past few weeks, find it hard to trust them when it really matters most.
Is this going to be a straight committee approach the rest of the year? Starks has more yards per carry and more total yards in every game except one. What do you envision going forward?
I'm having difficulty determining which RB2 that I want to target. Assuming you get a top flight RB, I have done several mocks where I am faced with picking from these RBs:
Felix Jones
Ryan Mathews
DeAngelo Williams
Mark Ingram
Knowshon Moreno
Anyone else having the same dilemma? If not...
7-0 Pats, opening drive TD pass from Brady to Hernandez. Wow did the Pats look efficient. Woodhead about a 25 yard gain that set up the TD. Brady to Welker started the drive off on about an 11-yd pass.
Pats D forced TB to go 3 and out, almost sacked Freeman twice.
I think this is a tricky call in this year's draft. Do you go for that low end RB1, or a top WR1? Guys like Best look more appealing, whereas you know what you are going to get with someone like Forte.
Hey guys...I went to Pats training camp and thought I'd report some general observations:
Brady looks like Brady. Throws were crisp.
Welker seems to have the elusiveness he lacked last year, two years off his torn ACL. He abused Leigh Bodden on one play.
Ocho was working on building a rapport...
This isn't a who do I start, so please don't take it as such. I'm just curious what others do in my current position this week.
I have Brady, but I also have the Steelers Defense. Do you just roll with both and hope for the best? What do you do when you have a player against your starting...

This isn't even the most updated story, but the one I could find. Apparently after he was released from jail he drove his SUV off a cliff and survived?!?!
Anyone hear anything else?
With Big Ben out the first few games, and no QB officially announced yet, odds are that the Steelers offensively are going to struggle. What are people expecting out of the Steelers D this year? Can they carry them through the first month until Big Ben gets back? What are you expecting.
