I had to pick him up in a deep league last week and really liked what I saw from him. Good routes, good hands, doesn't go down on first contact. Seems like he is in an ideal situation to clean up in PPR leagues. Teams have to respect Evans and D. Jackson deep, leaving Humphries room to work underneath.
Here are a couple news clippings that have me optimistic about him vs the 31st ranked Patriots pass D tonight. I think he will be a good spot start this week and should put together a solid season the rest of the way.

(dynastyleaguefootball) Tampa Bay receiver Adam Humphries continues to see an uptick in targets.
Analysis: Humphries is likely sitting on your waiver wire as you read this and, while not an overly dynamic player, he has logged 17 targets in his past two contests. In the last two weeks, Humphries has turned those 17 targets into 12 receptions and 138 yards. Nothing to write home about, but in PPR formats and with bye weeks now upon us, he may be a valuable last-flex addition this week. It's also notable to mention that as a Buccaneer, he is already beyond his bye week due to the hurricane event in week one.
Humphries has run only four fewer routes on the season than Jackson and offers WR4/flex appeal in deeper PPR leagues. Dating back to last season, Humphries has at least six catches in three of his last four games. Humphries runs nearly 80% of his routes in the slot. As Eric Rowe (groin) appears unlikely to play, the Patriots will likely turn to special teamer Jonathan Jones at slot corner.
