Depends on your league (# of teams, Standard scoring or PPR, etc.) Need to know these things.
FWIW, assuming 10-12 team league and std. scoring: VJax is the safer option and pretty much a lock to finish top 20 for WR. He can be frustrating to own though as he'll go multiple weeks of 3-40yds, and then rip off a 6-140 and 2TDs.
Floyd has all the measurables to be great, but he still has Fitz to take away a lot of targets. If it was me, I'd probably take the safer VJax, but I see no problem with gambling on Floyd. You can make a strong argument for Floyd to finish in the low teens as well.
