0-3 owner wants ARob. He's a savvy owner decimated by injuries. 

Newton, Stafford 

Peterson, Rawls, Ingram, T Coleman, Matt Jones, Booker, Asiata

Maclin, Crowder, Lockett, Sanu, Amendola, Humphries, C Coleman

Reed, Ebron, Henry

He asked me if I'd trade ARob. No offer, so it's up to me to make one. 

I doubt he'd deal Ingram, but maybe. I could use a TE upgrade but not sure if his guys are worth it. Stafford is another option.

So what could I ask for? Or should I stay with ARob?

I would go after Cam.  Pair him with Reed maybe.. A J Hilton and Crabtree not a bad WR core with your RBs

Agree. Your team is solid. If you ship Arob you will be fine, but I'd go after QB and/or TE upgrade. I'd try to steal Booker as well as CJA's handcuff.
