Lightlife vegan ground has the best taste of all the vegan grounds IMO. It's BOGO at Publix this week. I usually sautee onions, zucchini, peppers, garlic, mushrooms and then add the ground and a few cherry tomatoes. Sometimes I also use tender okra from the Indian store and eggplant. After cooking, then I add some green olives. You can also add your favorite hot sauce.
