Anyone looking for a desperate week 7 flex play? (1 Viewer)

Earl Bennett. Chicago WR, has been out since week 1 due to injury. Will be in line-up Sunday opposite Marshall with the injury of Alshon Jefferey. Game is Monday night vs. a poor Detroit secondary. The focus you have to think will be on Marshall. That should leave a lot of targets for Jay Cutler's college teammate, Bennett. I bring this up as a play because NO ONE has mentioned him lately, it is like he has totally been forgotten. I could see him going 6/90/1 Monday night. Cutler has very good chemistry with Earl.

I'll need one but i'll probably just roll with Brandon Gibson instead.

It seems for years all i hear about is how Earl Bennett has great chemistry with Cutler because they were roommates in college or something.

It has NEVER translated into anything meaningful on the football field.

Best of luck if your rolling with Bennett. I'm not that daring i guess.

I was thinking they might try and feature Hester this week.
I thought this was going to be a thread on Hester. Word is CHI is looking to get him more involved this Monday night.
Devin Hester (quad) returned to Bears practice Friday, getting in a limited session.

Set to start opposite Brandon Marshall, Hester will be a go for Monday Night Football. Bears OC Mike Tice has vowed to increase Hester's role, but we're not counting on a meaningful uptick in production. Oct 19 - 5:17 PM

Since Rotoworld has never been wrong........

Cedric Peerman for Cincy

8 catches last week b/c they were playing from behind should have shown the coaches he deserves more playing time.

Good combine #s a few years ago (40 yard dash time: 4.34 seconds NFL.COM) and BJGE isn't really doing anything special to keep his job.

When the Bengals Run

RB Cedric Peerman: Is expected to see increased carries with Brian Leonard not expected to play. He had only one carry last week but had a career best in receptions (8) and yards (76) last week at Cleveland.

yep, quoting someone else's opinion is silly

(TheHuddle) Detroit Lions CB Alphonso Smith or CB Jonte Green likely will start at cornerback in Week 7 because of the injuries to CB Jacob Lacey (concussion) and CB Bill Bentley (shoulder). Analysis: Jay Cutler and Brandon Marshall have to be salivating over the Lions' CB issues after they've connected 19 times for 282 yards and 2 TDs in the Bears' past 2 games.
a CHI WR might not be bad
