Three year old superflex league just had three owners bail at the last minute (I know...). This is a really fun, competitive league and we want to do whatever we can to save it. Will you be our saviour?
Started by a group of real life friends in western Canada (though one of us now lives in...
There definitely wasn't a 2019 thread. I know some people posted 2019 stashes in the 2018 stashes thread, but that was confusing as it was mixed in with looking back on 2018 stashes. Hopefully we can get a good 2019 only list going.
Yep. And the fact that he is still around despite being suspended, going on IR, and having three other accomplished veteran backs and a rookie who just rushed for 100 yards on the roster says something about how they view him. He was getting roughly equal snaps to Buck and Collins before he went...
I traded for Collins in Dynasty at the start of the season. I'm a Ravens homer, and I was optimistic about him this year with the new weapons in the passing game. After 10 games, I am no longer hopeful.
His biggest problem is that he's just a middling talent at best. I thought he had a lot of...
Longtime Ravens fan here. I thought Lamar Jackson had a very good debut as an all-around NFL QB. Here's why:
With 5:45 seconds left in the third quarter, the Ravens were down by eight points after giving away the lead. As a Ravens fan, this is not the spot you want to be in, as the offence the...
I thought that the point of the question was to think of backs that will never be considered great because they were held back by their team their entire career. Peterson played on some mediocre teams, but they never held his talent down. The years when they had Hutchinson and McKinnie they had...
I'm Canadian and I watch a lot of CFL. I talk with a lot of people who watch a lot of CFL. If you watch even a few CFL games you will realize that the expanded replay review is absolutely KILLING the game. Go on twitter and follow the hashtags during any game. People are furious about it...
Coates. He has a busted finger, but as many have pointed out, his catching fundamentals are bad to start with, so it won't hurt him as much. He is always one catch away from having a good fantasy day and the Dolphin's pass D is not good.
The name that stands out to me is Seth Roberts. He will be boom/bust because he is TD dependant, but the Raiders like to look his way in the end zone (he's got an inch on Cooper, and three inches on Crabtree, so he presents a slightly bigger target; Walford hasn't been involved much in the O yet...
Ravens homer here. I was bearish on Dixon's chances of become a breakout player before last week, but a few things have changed.
1) Forsett is gone. This means a huge opportunity for touches and it means they don't think they need him anymore because of what Dixon brings to the table (also...
I would hold. I think AB is in a tier all by himself as a fantasy player, especially in PPR (and only two starting WRs). He has almost no ceiling and has the highest floor of any player in fantasy. He is a wrecking crew. Dixon is no slouch either, and there is a decent chance he could outplay...
Cooks is a far more valuable player to me. Pitta is a fine example of how you can find a perfectly good starting TE on the waiver wire. Guys with Cook's ceiling are rare. If you need to move a WR, hold out for more.
Jamal Charles is the all-time leader in career ypc by a RB with 5.5. The only other modern era backs with five ypc or greater are Jim Brown, Gaye Sayers, Mercury Morris, and Barry Sanders. Those are pretty good company.
Charles is soon to enter the twilight of his career, but he is an elite...
My play basically boils down to this: if he fulfills his potential (which a few guys who are way smarter than me suggest might be happening at this moment), there is no way a 2017 first round pick buys him in 5-6 weeks.
If he truly is a one week wonder, I'll return to this very thread and eat...
I'm 3-0 in a dynasty league with strong QB, RB, and TE play, but very weak WRs.
Just sent my 1st round pick for him, and I'm thrilled with it. He could burn out of the league in a year, but he could also be a top 10 receiver for the next 3-4 years. Not many guys have the combination of size...
