This is what I have currently.Amari CooperDevin FunchessAnybody have a list of the top 4-5 wr in this class?
Kevin White
Stefon Diggs
Duke Williams
Just missed: Devante Parker, Jaelen Strong. Could leap-frog a couple of these guys.
But my top-3 feels pretty solid right now, to me.
A Blake Bortles type "emergence" could happen for Michigan State junior QB Connor Cook, according to NFL Media's Albert Breer.
"Last year, Blake Bortles' emergence as an elite QB prospect seemed sudden. Could happen again. Keep an eye on Michigan State's Connor Cook," Breer tweeted. Rotoworld's Josh Norris has ranked Cook as the No. 3 passer in this class since the summer, however, Cook has a major flaw of not handling the pocket appropriately when pressured. He has to improve in that area.

I really like him. He does seem to be o forgotten man in the WRs group for some reason. Not a spectacular athlete but has good WR skills and great size.Good call on Strong, forgot about him somehow.
That's because 2015 is a very strong WR class, maybe even stronger than 2014 and it's been one of the best we've seen in years.I really like him. Yeah, starting to feel more and more like that as I continue to look over the prospects. That's because 2015 is a very strong WR class, maybe even stronger than 2014 and it's been one of the best we've seen in years.I really like him. Both have climbed in the top ten in rushing, ranked #7 and #8 respectfully but only two yds separate the two.Gurley and Gordon tearing it up again today. Nothing new.
i can't get over how many tackles Gurley breaks. He's had like 20+ broken tackles today I'm guessing. Both have climbed in the top ten in rushing, ranked #7 and #8 respectfully but only two yds separate the two.Gurley and Gordon tearing it up again today. Nothing new.
That was a hell of a play.Treadwill, wow! Showing Alabama a little something.
I've seen him compare to at least five different running backs. At first I wondered why that was............then it dawned on me as I watch him play...........I've yet to see a back like him that's why it's so hard to peg him and he does things so effortlessly it just baffles me when there's 8 in the box clearly to stop him and no one can.i can't get over how many tackles Gurley breaks. Yup. Less than a week ago I traded Stefon Diggs, T.J. Yeldon, and Bryce Brown for the 2015 1.01 in a devy league. Kevin White is who I have in mind for that pick right now.If White isn't in you're top 5 by now your just not paying attention to him. Dude is for real.
The RB class is unreal. Could be 2008 again. The WR class is super underrated, I think it's more top-heavy than last years class but will turn out to be nearly as deep.Just curious... Do FBGers think the 2015 draft will be one of the strongest in the last several years? If so the time to acquire 1st round picks in dynasty leagues is right now. To me, it seems like the RB class is superior by a wide margin this year versus years past.
Wrote about him in my column a couple weeks ago. It's behind a paywall, but the link is here if you have a Scout.com subscription:Kevin White putting on another show. EBF, why isn't he in your top-8? I'm guessing you haven't gotten to check him out much yet.
Personally, I've been praising his skills for weeks. When I watch him I can see him as the #1 WR.Kevin White putting on another show. EBF, why isn't he in your top-8? I'm guessing you haven't gotten to check him out much yet.
YES!!!!! AND IT'S NOT CLOSE!Just curious... Do FBGers think the 2015 draft will be one of the strongest in the last several years? If so the time to acquire 1st round picks in dynasty leagues is right now. To me, it seems like the RB class is superior by a wide margin this year versus years past.
That's a great haul. Better hope Funchess plays TE though.YES!!!!! AND IT'S NOT CLOSE!I already have Funchess, Cooper, Duke Williams (Auburn) and Gurley. I'm trying to get more picks.Just curious... LOL, actually I do wish he does play TE in the NFL. I think he has the tools to be just as good if not better than Gronk! That's a great haul. Better hope Funchess plays TE though.YES!!!!! No way. I'm definitely In the camp that Funchess is more Alshon Jeffery than Jimmy Graham. That's a great haul. Better hope Funchess plays TE though.YES!!!!! Honestly, He's put on a show every game so far. The problem is he's the only difference maker on the team.Strong putting on a show vs. SC.
Just curious, what part of his game would make you think so?No way. I'm definitely In the camp that Funchess is more Alshon Jeffery than Jimmy Graham. That's a great haul. It's way too quite on the Strong front.Honestly, He's put on a show every game so far. The problem is he's the only difference maker on the team.Strong putting on a show vs. SC.
He's more unicorn if you know what I mean.No way. I'm definitely In the camp that Funchess is more Alshon Jeffery than Jimmy Graham. That's a great haul. Better hope Funchess plays TE though.YES!!!!! I really liked his tools last year but was wary because I didn't think he used his size to his advantage enough when the ball was in the air.Honestly, He's put on a show every game so far. The problem is he's the only difference maker on the team.Strong putting on a show vs. SC.
Tier 1 and 2 will be deeper than any class the last decade.I really liked his tools last year but was wary because I didn't think he used his size to his advantage enough when the ball was in the air. He's doing that this year, though.Honestly, He's put on a show every game so far. This WR class could be ridiculous.
So many prospects who have prototypical #1 WR size (and measurables hopefully) that are producing and putting it all together...
He's athletic and agile for his size. After the catch he moves like a much smaller WR but when the ball's in the air he can go up for it. Just reminds me so much of Alshon in the NFL so far, I have a hard time seeing him getting drafted as a WR. He looks good at his current weight and adding more to be more like a prototypical TE would just hurt him--he's not going to throw a useful block anyways, so he might as well stay slim and looking like a WR and play that same role, outside, in the slot, wherever.Just curious, what part of his game would make you think so?No way. He's listed at 6'5", 230. He's plenty big enough to play TE if that's accurate. He could probably add a few pounds to his frame with out compromising his athletic ability as well. I think he could easily play at 235.Okay, I see what you are saying. I guess I just don't think he needs to gain weight to play TE. I believe he can play at his current weight.
Agree, 5lbs at his height is nothing. He's listed at 6'5", 230. He's plenty big enough to play TE if that's accurate. Wouldn't be surprised to see him measure in at 6'4"-6'5" and 220 by the time the combine gets here, he's got much more of a long WR body than big TE body, even in today's NFL. Plus he'll want to time as quickly as possible. You guys could be right, and I'll agree that he CAN play that flex TE role like Graham does. He's listed at 6'5", 230. It will come down to his advisors, agent, coaches and what scouts tell him I'm sure. He may lose weight if he makes a run at WR or he may add it if he focuses on TE. I'm not sure, either. I'd prefer him at TE is all.Wouldn't be surprised to see him measure in at 6'4"-6'5" and 220 by the time the combine gets here, he's got much more of a long WR body than big TE body, even in today's NFL. But I don't see the point when he can line up outside at WR as a prototypical #1 target, and that's a more valuable position for most teams and harder to truly fill with a talented player.
Totally agree, as a pass catching TE in the NFL he doesn't need to be an expert in blocking. The position has changed, he has the potential to be a problem and a serious mismatch at the next level. I would gather see a slower LB try to cover him.Graham can't really block. Blame that on his ability elsewhere if you want but he is a bellow average blocker and has been his entire career. It's why Gronk, when healthy, is considered the best TE in the game outside of fantasy world.
The NFL has evolved to where TEs don't even "need" to block well though. If you can create mismatches and make plays in the passing game you are extremely valuable. Funchess can do that.
If his agent is smart, he'll be a WR so he can make more money on his 2nd contract. It will come down to his advisors, agent, coaches and what scouts tell him I'm sure.
