RB - Duke Johnson JR (lost D. Cook)
WR - T. Hill
WR - Goodwin
FLEX - Dede or D. Henry or Gio (if Mixon out) or Powell ... who knows

Staggered PPR (1.25, 1,0.75)

Brady (strongly considering Foles this week)

Freeman, INgram, L. Murray I've used (L. Miller several times this year)

Landry, E. Sanders if healthy, Keelan Cole I think :X (Antonio Brown injury costs ten (projected) points minimum!)

Kelce

Eagles

Tale of two leagues - chance of two championships:

League 1 - 12 team redraft .5 ppr/6 pt td pass - somehow this team went 11-2 and has been high score both playoff weeks (all smoke and mirrors)

qb - Cousins (also have Mariota)

rbs - Gordon and Lewis (also have Murray and Miller)

wr/te - Crabtree, Ertz, Thielen (also have Funchess and three scrubs)

k - Butker

dl - Mack and Jordan

lbs - Kirksey and Kendricks (also have Burfict)

dbs - Vaccaro and Church (also have Reid and Addae)

flex idp - Preston Brown

League 2 - 12 team redraft 1 pt ppr/6 pt td - this team is ridiculously stacked but only finished 9-4 despite leading the league in scoring by over 150 points...but also leading the league in points allowed by over 100 points

qb - Brady

rbs - Hunt and Ingram

wrs - Funchess and M Bryant

te - Gronkowski

flex - Olsen

k - Gostkowski

de - Mack

lbs - Deion Jones and Ogletree

db - Poyer (might switch out with Collins if Collins is more mobile this week)

bench -

qb - Prescott

rb - Perine

wr - AB (IR spot) and Goodwin

K - Matt Bryant (weather insurance)

lb - Preston Brown

db - Landon Collins

W/T - Sterling Shepard

RB - Devonta Freeman / Bilal Powell (bleh)

Non-PPR, Standard Scoring (I had Antonio Brown as well...with him my team was ridiculous):

QB:  Foles or Stafford

WR:  AJG

WR:  Woods or Gordon

RB:  Zeke

RB:  Hunt

TE:  Olsen

Flex:  Howard

K:  Elliot

DEF:  Chicago

Bench:  J Williams, Crowell, Bortles

I had a great draft and made a couple of great trades...plus helped myself by getting Foles, Woods, Gordon, Olsen, Williams, and Bortles all from the free agent pool.  This is one of the best teams I've ever had.

PPR

QB: Alex Smith or Philip Rivers (have a claim in for Foles - not sure I'd play him, but it takes him off the wire)

RB: Todd Gurley, Melvin Gordon

WR: A.J. Green, Adam Thielen

TE: Travis Kelce

Flex: Jarvis Landry or Kenyan Drake

PK: Matt Bryant

Def: Baltimore

Like I said, each to their own.

Zeke was a complicated issue due to the length & timing of the suspension, so chances are that wouldn’t have happened.

that said, in neither of my leagues did the Zeke owner drop him, and in both leagues the Zeke owner backed him up with Alfred Morris because that’s what you do when your star RB might get a 6-week suspension at any time.

but for many reasons dropping a non-injured star player is frowned upon. If a team is truly trying to make the post season, how does it make sense to give Zeke to a team you might face there for free?  And what about the timing of the drop? Who has #1 waiver priority when that team dropped him? Were they colluding?  I’d like to never have to ask that question. Such a drop forces one to look at it in all possible lights.

I get what you’re saying - maybe it is a short bench league. Obviously not so short that someone else didn’t pick him up & stash him for 6 weeks though right?
Last point...I get the potential for collusion but just like any other decission that I see that could possibly be construed as collusion I always ask the same question:  Why did you do it and how do you envision the move helping your team?  lastly some teams are in a much better shape to weather dead weight for 6 weeks than others.  Because someone else picked him up doesnt mean it wasnt a good decision for the team who felt they needed to drop him....  Enough  hijacking your thread though...I think we each see each others points...

My superbowl lineup :

QB Wilson

RBS McCoy and ZEKE

FLEX  Duke Johnson

WRS  Hopkins, T Hill, and Juju

TE who knows...someone from the waiver wire.  Ive started 7 different tes this year and got less than 50 points total from the position

K Gould (but against Jax/???

defense  Baltimore

12-teamer, won $450 in this league already plus another $850 or $250 for 1st or 2nd, I have the stupidest RBs Ive ever seen in a 12-teamer.

Brady

Bell

Zeke

Freeman or Drake

Marvin J

Agholor or Dede

12 team ppr with additional bonuses

QB- Foles ( was Wentz, Mariotta)

RB- Kamara

WR- Allen Thomas

TE- Graham

Flex- McCoy Howard (Alshon, Henry,Maclin,Duke)

PK- Boswell

Def- Jax

12 team standard

QB - Cam Newton

RB - Zeke Elliot, Devonta Freeman (Drake, D Lewis on the bench)

WR - Fitzgerald, M. Thomas, D. Thomas (lost Antonio Brown, missed out on M Bryant in waivers, no bench receivers)

TE - J Graham

K-M Bryant

D-Pittsburgh

Not confident about the WR position after losing a stud in Brown, but there isn't much on the waiver wire in a 12 team league at this point.

It's a 2 week playoff and I'm down 12 because the other guy has Gurley.

Rivers or Alex Smith

Leveon

Kamara

Julio

Mike Evans

Ertz

2 flex spots and can't decide between - Tyreek, Juju, Keelan Cole, Marquise Goodwin, Fournette

Jax D

Robbie Gould or Gostkowski

Any help/arguments for flex starters would be much appreciated. I need to catch up, so I was thinking about going all upside with Tyreek and Juju. Cole is intriguing, but Jax played terrible when they crossed the country to AZ, so they might disappoint this week. And Goodwin faces Jax, and Fournette might be out hurt.

12 team dynasty no PPR - Super Flex

considering playing M.Bryant instead of Lynch this week with ABs injury

we also have 9 IDPs but I won't bore you with those players

Both teams in the finals!

12 Team PPR - I'm the favorite

Cam Newton

Ezekiel Elliot

Mark Ingram

Michael Thomas

Tyreek Hill

Jesse James

Flexing Brandon Cooks (or Gordon)

Matt Bryant

Pittsburgh D

10 Team PPR - I will lose by 30 believe it or not

Bortles (sigh Wentz)

Kareem Hunt

Alex Collins

Michael Thomas

Julio Jones

Travis Kelce

Flex Larry Fitzgerald

Matt Bryant

Jacksonville D

0.5 PPR Redraft

QB - Bortles (or Rivers)

RB - Bell, Gurley

WR - Fitz, D. Adams, JuJu

TE - Gronk

FLEX - K. Cole

K - Dawson

D/ST - Chicago

If Adams doesn't go, moving Cole to WR and deciding between Fuller, T. Green, Gallman, K. Wright, at FLEX.

PPR

QB Alex Smith

RB Kamara, McKinnon

WR Thielen, Tyreek

TE Engram

FLEX Woods, Riddick

PK Elliott

DT Minnesota

Bench

Duke Johnson, Demaryius, Gordon, Jimmy Graham, Detroit DT

Picked up and started Rodgers for one game but now stuck with Smith. Tyrod is probably the best wire option. Flex options not locked in stone yet. Can't trust Gordon but I want to. Had Demaryius in there instead of Riddick. That is a fluid situation.

Probably going down facing:

Foles, Zeke, Ingram, Hopkins, Evans, Olsen, Drake, Marvin Jones, Lutz, Chicago

Yeah, I hate it when a discussion breaks out in the middle of a topic.

As for Gould, one might argue that a stout JAX defense could lead to more FG rather than less?

Then again, JAX D is extra stout - I would be a bit concerned here. What are your options?

PPR. A little worried about the rumblings coming out of Philly about players being rested if the Vikings lose on Saturaday. My current plan B for those guys are in parens. Also still debating whether to swap D. Thomas with one of the WRs.

QB: Foles (Bortles)

WR: J. Jones

WR: Thielen

RB: Gurley

RB: Lewis

TE: Ertz (Clay)

Flex: T. Hill

K: Bryant

D: KC or Det (still trying to decide)

boswell @ Houston  or Elliott at home vs Oakland.......  Jax last 3 kicker games  were 1,4,and 6 points against......   Houston is 30th  and oakland 31st easiest against the kicker.....  Only a madman would give up on a kicker that just kicked 6 fgs.....im considering being a madman lol

D: KC or Det (still trying to decide)
IMO KC is a better start - Bengals have been awful the last couple weeks, but I think they get some home cooking & finish the year on a less ugly note.

KC D looks better with Revis helping in coverage which in turn helps buy the pass rush an extra tick to get to the QB.

Miami is now on their second road start, travel + cold weather could lead to a poor offensive day for Miami.

Probably a coin flip but I like KC as a streamer this week.

Just on man’s opinion of course. And I’m wrong a lot lately.

12 team, 25 roster spot, full Dynasty (keep up to 20 players)

QB: 3pt/TD, 1pt/50yds:  Brady vs Brees

RB: 1pt/3 rec, 1pt/20yds rush and rec 6/TD: Gurley, McCaffrey vs Zeke, Lamar Miller

WR: 1pt/4 rec, 1pt/25 yds rec 6/TD: Dez, Jarvis vs Michael Thomas, Thielen

TE: 1pt/3 rec, 1pt/20yds rec 6/td: Ertz vs Ebron

K: 2pt<39yds 3pt>40yds, 1/PAT: Hauschka or Bullock vs Jake Elliott

DEF: 1pt/turnover, 6pt/DEF TD (0 for sacks, 0 for pts scored): Eagles vs Chiefs

Going to be close.

Elliott is who I’m rolling with, and would start if I were in your position.

Jacksonville is the kind of defense that can take over a game. Niners are not devoid of weapons, but their best offensive player is a WR & JAX secondary is brutal.

Again; just one guy’s opinion, and I’m often wrong.  But I wouldn’t start any 49ers this week.

If MIN loses & Philly benches Foles I’ll actually look for someone to pick up, but assuming MIN wins, Elliott is a great start.

Had Gould for his last couple big games. Dropped for Elliott.

Go Elliott. I have been using him for weeks. I thought about trying Gould this week too, but not the time to get cute.

My lineup is lol thanks to Antonio Brown's injury and Arod going to the IR
I lost AB on a few teams last week but I got two teams left with him on it playing this week. These are dynasty teams and playoff format is final 4 teams do total points week 14-16.

The team enters week 16 with a 15 point lead on second highest scoring team and I think is well positioned with or without AB:

Big Ben or Goff-have not decided

 Bell

Gurley

Kamara

Ingram

Will pick 2 of 3 WR's out of JuJu, Gordon or Julio.

Rudolph

Carolina D

Gostwowski

This next  team however is a train wreck. I enter week 16 in second, down around 22 and up on team in third place around 13. I got the following players out or highly questionable due to injury:

QB-Watson out long ago

RB-Mixon questionable

WR- Pryor out long ago, AB out, Cooper likely out, Sanders highly questionable. I only roster these 4 WR's and Julio. So that makes Julio my healthy WR and he missed practice today with an ankle injury.

TE-long ago lost Reed and now Hunter Henry, this is TE premium league.

So long story short I am or may be without Watson, Mixon, AB, Cooper, Sanders, Reed and Henry and I'll be rolling out this:

Carr

Gurley

Dion

McKinnon

Gio if Mixon out, if Mixon plays will go with him or Lynch(I don't like Lynch's matchup)

Julio assuming he plays

WR2-no idea, Sanders is only option on my roster and he may not play. FA is blind bidding and runs tonight, pickings are slim.

TE-Vernon

D-Jags

This league does not do K.

QB - Roethlesberger

RB - Hunt

WR - Julio/T-Hill/Alshon/Hopkins/Kupp

TE - DeValve or Shaheen

K - Coons

P - O'Donnell

and then a bunch of IDP players.

QB - Dak Prescott

RB - Lev Bell

RB- Ezekiel Elliott

WR - Crabtree

WR - Jarvis Landry

WR - Adam Thielen

TE - Delanie Walker

Pk - Gano

DT - maybe Pats or will stream somewhere else

how's this for a before and after (from last week's injuries)

Would've/could've been starting: Rodgers, Gurley, Hunt, ABrown, D Adams, and 1 of Dez or B Cooks for my 3rd WR slot.

What I'm actually starting: Goff, Gurley, Hunt, Dez, BCooks, Mike Freakin' Wallace

Foles

Gurley

Fournette - fingers crossed

Keenan Allen

Crabtree

Ertz

Olsen or Dede

Lutz

IDP - Deion Jones, Ogletree, Sean Lee

VS.

Wilson

Ingram

Kamara

Shady

Ju-Ju

Tyreek

Jimmy Graham

Butker

IDP - Wagner, Foster, Neal

Dodds/Norton projections have me about a 5 point favorite.

Wentz, Carson PHI QB
Gurley, Todd LAR RB
Ingram, Mark NOS RB
Adams, Davante GBP WR
Anderson, Robby NYJ WR
Hopkins, DeAndre HOU WR
Ertz, Zach PHI TE
Butker, Harrison KCC PK
Sanchez, Rigoberto IND PN
Jackson, Malik JAC DT
Hunter, Danielle MIN DE
Mack, Khalil OAK DE

Ogletree, Alec LAR LB
Schobert, Joe CLE LB
King, Desmond LAC CB
Lewis, Jourdan DAL CB
Reid, Eric SFO S
Vaccaro, Kenny NOS S

My two Championship week Teams (Dynasty), both PPR:

#1*

D. Stanton (Wentz, Watson, Luck on IR)

T. Gurley (MVP)

K. Hunt

C. Hyde

R. Cobb (Beckham Robinson, Pryor on IR, J. Nelson worthless)

M. Sanu  (Beckham Robinson, Pryor on IR, J. Nelson worthless)

Z. Ertz

Butker

Jaguars D (Big Part of getting to the big dance-got them at the end of last year due to talent)

*team started 9-0 and then imploded with injuries and squeeked in with #1 seed.

#2. **

Big Ben

T. Gurley

M. Ingram

D. Lewis (have been using C. Hyde most weeks, but I don't like the match-up this week)

M. Crabtree

A.J. Green

M Jones

J. Graham (Yes I kno whis last 2 weeks have been duds but he is the best option)

S. Gostowski

Jags D

**10-3 regular season, #1 seed,

In every league, I identified Gurley as undervalued, and got him for a song via trade in the summer. Same with Hyde (who say what you will is a top 10 RB in PPR leagues) and I made sure to grab the Jaguars because the talent was there.

Made it to the championship gamein 2 of 3 dynasty leagues so a solid year!

Yeah I was leaning KC as well. But I can easily talk myself into either. Some of that is my trying to make up for using Cin and NO instead of Det the last two weeks. Recency bias is a easy trap to fall into. The other wildcard there is Was is also available on the WW, but as bad as Den offense has been I think KC and Det are actually better defensive units.
