I have a program that is written in VB that I use for my baseball website that I need to change some minor coding, and do not have VB. Is there anything out there that would allow me to open the program or convert it to something other than VB6?

TIA

If you have the original code, you can edit it in Visual Studio Express, which is free.

If all you have is an executable file and you're trying to decompile it in order to edit the code, I have no idea whether that's possible.
