Thoughts on Joe Jurevicius (1 Viewer)

He was never a consistent starter in the league, but his two best years occurred when he was given a chance. In 2001, he started 9 games w/ the Giants and ended up with 51/706/3. Last year, as a result of injuries to Seattle's WR corps he started 12 games, tallying 55/694/10.

This year he comes in as a starter, albeit on a much weaker passing team. But assuming Edwards and KW2 are healthy, Joe Jurevicius should have the opportunity to make some plays, esp. in the red zone. A range of 50-60 catches, 600-900 yards and 5-8 TDs is pretty reasonable.

Those aren't starter numbers, but not bad for a bye week or injury fill-in.

If you're in a start-3 WR PPR league, he might even be a legit starter for you this year.

I got him in the 15th round & he is buried on my bench. I think he has a chance to be a potential fantasy starter at some point this year.
