Wife just left the theater, she caught a matinee of The Martian (great flick if you haven't seen it)

Walking out a woman turns to her husband and asks "Was that based on a true story?". Apparently the husband stopped and looked and her, not believing he married a woman who just asked him that question, and said "What did you just say?"

Apparently she looked at him kind of pissed, mumbled something inaudible, and walked away.

Don't these people know how unrealistic and impossible these story-lines are??
