Start Rivers vs. MIN or Blough vs. TB?

Yes, terrible options... but the only available to me in this semifinal. I don't own any LAC or DET WRs. Waiver wire is a desert, the only starter available at this moment is Devlin Hodges.

16-team keeper league. Pass scoring:
- 1 pt each 20 yds
- 6 pt per TD pass
- 1 extra pt for 300+ yds and 25+ completions
- 2 extra pts for 41-79 yd TD passes / 4 extra pts for 80+ yd TD passes

Rivers has been rough at times this year, but he's still light years ahead of Blough/Hodges.
