Updating a previous item, Kansas City Chiefs general manager Scott Pioli was not offered a contract extension, a source close to the situation said. Team chairman Clark Hunt would not answer questions about Pioli's contract. "We don't discuss people's contracts publicly," Hunt said following Week 6.
