*** OFFICIAL *** FFA WAGERING THREAD - Merry Christmas!!! (1 Viewer)

Kurt has been great to me the last few months.  Was straightforward last month to me.  Then I lost this month and hes been very good.  I would fully trust him.
That's fine.  I love Kurt - always been good to me and I'd like to think I've always been one of his best customers - referred so many people, always paid on time if not early and never nagged him.  Unfortunately though I have the most obnoxious friends on the planet and I've referred just about everyone I know to Kurt, so any time there's a problem - they all start text me. He probably doesn't realize I referred them all, but each of them gets a different response with a different excuse which kind of stinks.  I really need to mind my business and stay out of the middle but unfortunately no good deed goes unpunished.  Figured I'd check in here to see if others were having similar experiences recently.  Sucks - love RB and love me some Kurt, and this #### doesn't even affect me, so I'm monkey in the middle asking for a friend. :P

I play about 50 a game during football season.

I have received a $50 free play for being one of the first to settle up my account at  RB. I have an account at SB.com and  have always been paid  just as quick or quicker w Howard's book when it's time for me to collect  Just my .02 cents  I find RB as trustworthy a book as you will find

don't worry...you just jinxed them!

Welcome back!
No jinx was needed. This year was a huge step forward, but it's pure fantasy to think their defense would stop a capable offense in the playoffs. I don't even want to think about what Brady would do to them in New England. Two more drafts and a few free agents, and there's no reason not to think big. And hopefully it all occurs in Vegas.

You need to condition her to this type stuff. I was lucky because I used to do a #### ton of blow in my younger days and my old lady was fortunate enough to be with me when I met up with some drug dealers. When I promised to swear off and it came time to have the conversation about investing in sports I set her up with her own account. I put $200 on Bovada her name, introduced her to I-friend Swirve,  and she giggles on sundays betting $2 per prop now.
Rules.

soccer tomorrow

Portugal

Porto/Maritimo u3.5 -165
Maritimo has played 13 games. Only 1 has reached 3 total goals, If this game hits 4 goals, take my $

I don't check in here as often as I used to but I got a text  to notify me that my name was coming up in here tonight. Usually my name  comes up when someone is disappointed or has an issue.  Look at all the nice compliments tonight. I see some people that are going to be getting some comp action in their RB Christmas stockings.  HA!

As for getting packages sent out to customers after a winning month, I do agree that I could probably take a shortcut or two and get packages shipped out a couple of days sooner. I will be working on that in the coming year. Cheers fellas.

Ok Men - so here is the trip/prop report from Vegas.  Sorry it took me so long to find the time but redeye/work happens.

The Westgate is the freaking bees knees.  It was every bit as impressive a sports book as advertised.  I could very easily see myself staying there next time I go.  Even if you choose not to stay it's on the monorail so it's easy to get in and out of.  Wednesday afternoon (for Thur night) and sat afternoon (for Sunday and Monday night) they make a prop card.  All .10 lines, all 1K limits.  Thing of beauty.  All together they had 13 player props listed and had a mix of comps/yards/rec/TD's.  They offered mostly "stars" no totals on the Steelers 3'd string TE.    Very impressive but if your are in town and the two games offered stink for props it could be a headache.   Lines were fairly soft IMHO.  I caught Flacco O 257 and Eli U 266 and both were 10+ yards off and multiple cents higher by game time.

"William Hill" sportsbooks cover mostly low end  casinos around town.  4 queens, the D, Binions downtown on the strip you are looking at the Casino Royal.   Frankly I can't even believe this place is still standing.  Aptly described as a glorified keno desk.  Like the west gate (and others) they had a robust Sunday/Monday night card.   What made this place stand out was 2 things.  1) they will book $50,000 so long as you register for a player card (my guess is that would only last a few plays).  Even still they will book $1K without one.  2) they had a "full" card for Sunday afternoon.  Def wasn't a robust card all yardage props for major QB and RB,14 in total.  It should be noted that the lines were a little better than I would have thought.  I sent them to Swirv and he agreed but we did manage to pick out a nice Andy Luck over that cashed (by 4 yards, but a winner is a winner).  The Sunday night card was more like the Westgate and others maybe with a little more depth as they had reception lines on Witten.  I'm never ever staying here and I wouldn't make it a point to stay next door either but if I'm in town on a Sunday I'll stop by this or one of the other locations for sure.

Ceasers told me to F off.  No player props outside of the super bowl.

both the Palms and the Station casino families were Sunday/Monday only.  The Station book manager kept trying to point me towards the adjusted lines sheet as his "props".  When I asked specificly about players he said they would have a few but they don't get posted until 2.5 hours before kickoff.  Of all the properties that I asked around about player props this was the only place where I got the feeling they didn't want me around nor did they care for the line of questioning.  Most other places were very candid and open.

the "m life" or MGM properties had a nice prop card for Sunday night before I left.  Maybe even a little better than Westgate/Hill in fact because it was less yards and more Comps/Receptions. Swirv saw the card here and there were a few leans but Dak under comps came in big for me.  $1000 limits, no questions asked.  Lines were .15 and they had some lines shaded so it seemed like they were on top of things.

Hope this helps.   Not sure if anyone has questions.

I'm radioactive at my poker room right now.... all the books/agents know who I am and won't give me any real action anymore.  I've had the talk with my wife that I may start to fly out next year if I can't find local action.

Why does the action have to be local? I'm 8 years in on heavily betting props online and still have outs.  I've been limited at various places but flying out to vegas is time consuming and expensive, seems crazy to not fund some online sites.

Pels' L2 home games went under. During the L3 seasons they've played to the over at home more than any team in the NBA, going three-consecutive to the under at home twice during that time. So here comes the over.

Pacers/Pels o210 -105

My #1 chick likes the cucumber martinis at the sushi place downtown because they frost the rim of the glass with this stuff. I had thought it was some secret house recipe or something. But I called them up, found out what it was, and now I'm going to buy some at the store and use it to impress her.

Also I found a Coach purse/wallet in the grocery store parking lot yesterday that had cash and everything in it, credit cards, everything. So I turned it in to customer service. That was yesterday. Now, today, a woman just texted me - just now - saying she is going lingerie shopping today and that "we should take some dirty pictures." So what I am trying to say is that karma is real thank you.

Solid report......might need to change up my strategy a bit next year.

Unless the numbers are better at my other locals when they come out I think I'm sitting this one out. That being said, I really like the Rawls play, but the best I have right now is 75, and I made the line 70. I was leaning to the other side on Kendricks. Don't have much of an opinion at all on this game. Rams +15 1/2 is awful tempting in a game with a total lined in the 30's.

Thursday Pucks:

Ducks  (+110)

There are some pretty compelling trends to make a Bruins U2.5 TT play here as well, but the system isn't calling for it based on Ducks goalie play. You can get it at EVEN money and it's probably a good bet as well.

Hawks  (-110)

Both the NYI TT U2.5 and the U5 were very close to being plays. Darling has been lights out since Crow wend down and Greiss has actually been pretty good lately.

Yotes/Leafs  U5.5  (-115)

Kings (-125)

I'm playing it because the system says to, and I'm really trying to stick to that right now, but personally I think the 125 is too high of a line, just FYI

I'm working on it.  Local books are just so much better and much less risky.

BREAKING: Brock Lesnar will pay fine of $250,000 and serve 1 year suspension for failed drug tests around UFC 200.

We tracked 17,241 bets on that Brock Lesnar/Mark Hunt fight at UFC 200. 53% of tickets were on Lesnar +150.

Lesnar's win has been overturned to a 'no-contest', but sportsbooks likely won't make any adjustment.

The only time i've ever been stiffed......local book
think he means convenient. i have only funded sportsbook.ag and am cut there.. saving the online stuff for when i run out of locals. Having to load up cash upfront instead of playing on credit is what's stopping me.

I've been stiffed about 4 times by locals who just disappear and still prefer it.

I was just talking to some dude over the phone that was trying to get car and renter's insurance. I get his address and something looked really familar so I looked the address up on google. Dude was ####### neighbors with Odin Lloyd!!! I so bad wanted to ask if he was there when 81 rolled up in the Nissan.

Wild  (+120)

Could make a pretty strong case for NASH TT U2.5 as well, but I'd rather not risk too much on the road team here although I trust Dubnyk about as much as any goalie right now.

Wagner over 8.5 tackles.

Gurley under 54.5 rushing.  Will keep hitting Gurley under till he proves me wrong.

Bovada sent out a message saying it was their 5 year birthday with a $5.00 bonus. I'm using it on No TD scored in game +5000.
Really dumb question, but...it doesn't matter "which" $5 I use right?  I don't have to press some magic button that lets them know I'm betting that bonus money?  :loco:
