I would take a swing at Sutton for this price. I know cutdowns are big in that league so it would depend on what the end of my bench looked like though.FFPC 1QB standard format

If you're not in the need for a QB I would have stuck with the 2.07, 2.09, etc., because I don't see a lot of difference between the 2.02 and the 2.07 and 2.09. If you do need a QB, in a start 1QB league, one or more of the top QBs will be there at 2.02, maybe even Caleb Williams, but probably not. However, with only 21 roster spots, I can see the trade for the 2.02 regardless if you are going to have a roster number crunch.12 team PPR. 1 QB. 21 roster spots.

My thoughts exactly. This was probably one of those pre cutdown moves where "something is better than nothing", but I needed some extra flex help and this fits the bill nicely.Well, if it doesn't work out, what are you out?FFPC 1QB standard format

Yeah, I have 3 or 4 end of roster cuts I identified right now with now 1.04, 1.09, and 2.02. I assume most people will hate this deal for me. And I don't love it myself, but after a lot of negotiations, this is what I settled for. Not trying to convince anyone of anything, but if you want my rationale: (1) I needed to consolidate, at least somewhat, and this is a 4-spot consolidation, (2) give our lineup settings, studs are far more valuable than jist serviceable guys, and I just don't know if Higgins had much of a chance to ever be a stud (Olave, maybe), (3) lower picks in our league are not worth a lot -- those 3.08 and 3.12 are almost worthless in trades, the 2.12 carries a bit of value.
Not necessarily. I find it valuable to make moves like this before the draft in short bench leagues before tiers are set.Do you have a target in mind?12 team PPR. 1 QB. 21 roster spots.

This is essentially a way to make cuts for me. I give up some value, but I couldn’t keep all the players I would select if I stayed put.
I would consider my roster a top 3 roster with good depth. The roster trading for all those picks is one of the weaker teams and has more end of bench cuts. Even if he just wants 2.07 and 2.09 for 2.02 I think for him 2 players would be better than the 1.In that context it’s a sharp move for sure. Not necessarily. What I’m always puzzled by in these short bench scenarios is why the trade partners want to be saddled with 4 picks. Don’t they also have a short bench?

this is one of the very few years where I’d trade a future first for a top 2nd. (Presuming the first looks to be late)I'd also add, that this 12-16 range I'm playing with now are very comparable to other years' 8-12 range players.
Rome Odunze better hit because you gave up a freaking unicorn stud to get that 1.3 pick. Not saying its bad value, but I could see a Laporta owners wanting even more in leagues where you are required to start a TE each week.12 Team 1QB

If it was TE Premium it would feel a little stout to me but not horrible.

The "Ole" Jerry Jones theory. The best deals he ever made were when he overpaid. LOL. In one QB, there is a thought process that the 1.4 is the drop-off in the first round, so I guess he feels and thinks this is a precious slot and he paid multiple less valuable picks to acquire it.I love moving into the top, top tier each year.
