Michigan State's Connor Cook was voted quarterback most likely to bust in a poll of 17 NFL scouts conducted by the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.
"He's certainly not a front-line starter that can win you games," one NFL exec said, comparing Cook to Kyle Orton. Cook's six votes just edged out Paxton Lynch's five for the (dis)honor, with Christian Hackenberg coming in third with three votes. "Like to have a better work ethic out of a quarterback," an AFC scout added about Cook. "He liked to hit the streets and chase."
