Using a macbook pro, trying to download a tv episode via the "xfinity on demand player" software. The software opens, I select the episode to be downloaded (already purchased on xfinity cable tv on demand), then it says "initializing download"..... forever.
No progress indicator, just "initializing download". I assume the next message should "downloading" but that never happens. I can stream episodes no problem, and should be able to download them. My macbook does meet the min requirements.
Any ideas? Thanks.
