I'm toast. Not even close this week. Nobody on my squad really sucked, but nobody did a whole hell of a lot either. Some glaring mistakes picking my squad in hindsight, and the timings of injuries coupled with the bye didn't help. It's only my second year playing it, but I love this contest. gl all

How are you through 3? Got a few Ertz points and a Cousins TD. I'm guessing about -6 on the line?

First time this year I was within 10 points of being cut.  Week 8 doesn't look too bad as my two biggest guys on bye are out injured anyway and only have 2 other fairly minor guys on bye.  Week 9 is the end of the line though if I make there.

 
I have a very solid team and will go far, but doubt I have any real shot of winning it.

Scored 197.3 - Top 200 this week.

 
Still cruising along. Biggest blow this week is losing Succop :moneybag: to bye, but week 9 will be a test. Hoping Clay returns sooner rather than later as Marty B is just not cutting the mustard, maybe the bye week will do him some good.

 
Looks like of the 4000 remaining teams, 3634 of them have Hunt.

Basically a must have player that will make no difference the rest of the way.

 
I'm still alive, but this week might be it.

My only QB is Kizer and my only kicker is Gonzalez.

not only did I not realize that my 3 kickers are on the teams of 3 of my 4 QBs... I somehow missed that the Rams and Titans share a bye.

QB - Mariota, Goff, Kizer, Hoyer

RB - Hunt, Hyde, McCaffrey, Rawls, West, Cook

WR - Hopkins, Hill, D Jackson, Hogan, Z Jones, T Pryor, K Wright

TE - M Bennett, O Howard, Eifert

K - Zuerlein, Succop, Gonzalez

D - Packers, Saints, 49ers

So if I'm alive and don't have him, how much of a #### am I to run out and get a voodoo doll? (I kid, I kid.  I have him in a redraft league with BEER as the prize)

 
Quick update on Staff Entries, there are 13 remaining after week 7.

I have a 30-man entry and the strength of my team has been my running backs:

  1. L. Bell (917 alive)
  2. Ingram (75)
  3. D. Martin (760)
  4. Hunt (3,634)
  5. Mack (444)
  6. Smallwood (1,110)



 
Lol if Hunt got hurt that would be an insane flip at this point. As for Hunt not mattering he does, because if he throws up a 25pt week it eats a valueable slot. If he throws up a 0-5pt week he is not counting so byes and injurys become factors to fill slots.

its an interesting dynamic we have not seen to this degree in memory.

Although I'm kind of in the same boat. Gurley is my key guy on bye but Z and the Rams D are decently big. I'll need Blair Walsh and saints D to show up. Mariota, Henry and T Taylor are less important. 

Actually I really just need Melvin Gordon to have a big week.

I'm a long-time subscriber, though I don't often post. I had the top scoring team this week, so I figured that was worth taking a few minutes to gloat a bit. I was in the top 40 last week, so I'm liking how my team is looking. I have no injuries outside of Sturgis (knock on wood). Week 9 marks the most players I'll have on a bye, but I think I'm set up pretty well where I've been getting contributions from so many different receivers. I've never gotten very far in the Subscriber Contest, so maybe this is my year.

164 this week. Parker and M. Bryant are trying their best to sabotage my plans, but I’ve held them at bay so far. 

 
Well my week is getting uglier and even if I sneak by week 9 will be a firing squad. 

Pryor, Bryant, Maclin my top 3 receivers (ya ya I know) out this week and except maclin possibly the year. Less than $20 left of receivers this week.

No DJ on RB 

No Santos, No Z leg saviour this week 

need another impossibly big week outa my only QB and my Def that keep tossing up huge weeks.
