Were you at the Hyatt? My wife worked there for years and the furries convention happens annually. We were actually staying there once when it was taking place. So many of them! Prime people watching. 

This is exactly me. 

Many many years ago McDonald’s got rid of the breakfast danishes and I never forgave them.  Also miss the caramel apple empanadas from Taco Bell.  As far as potato cakes from Arby’s.. never heard of them. 

I’m pretty sure she said something to Dashawn about not wanting to baby him. I don’t see him wanting to continue to work with her long term.    Edit: I didn’t read jhib’s comment before posting the same thing. 

When her name was mentioned earlier in the episode I had no idea who they were talking about.  It’s funny to me that at tribal she just assumed that everyone should just start gathering & whispering before votes. Can’t we just go to a vote without all the side whispering? 

I read JP my freshman year in college and looked forward to the movie as well, but not in a younger person wonderment. Also after having already read the book it was easy to tell the difference in story and detail. Still enjoyed it, but in a different way as E.T.  Jaws is still a classic as well...

E.T.  I remember packed theaters and the excitement as a kid to watch it. I’m not saying it’s a better film than others, but it stands out for me. 

Sounds reasonable to me. I wouldn’t have called the police, but not an egregious response. 

I wasn’t sure what you liked so I just grabbed random Austin or Texas based beer. I’m more of a hard cider type, but hazy IPAs like jellyfish are good. Only been in Austin (also Texas) a couple years and mostly pandemic so not too many opportunities to explore everything. Hope you like the rest...
