Colts OC Jim Bob Cooter on Anthony Richardson: "To hear him talk through some of the footwork things, all the fundamentals and details of the quarterback position, to hear what he had been working on with the guys that he works out with, and how he was doing that in conjunction with getting back healthy, it didn’t sound like a rookie quarterback who just showed up from the draft. Anthony was extremely professional with how he was discussing those things with Cam Turner and some of the other guys around the building....It was evident we didn’t have a rookie on our hands anymore. That was for sure."
-Still think he's way too high in Redraft
I don't hear coaches speak about players like this, unless they're a project-type
Is that what ARich is, an experiment for the Colts?
I posted a page or two back where the GM is quoted as saying that Richardson is going to look like a Rookie at times this year. His words not MoP
For folks who specialize in redraft vs dynasty, this player is especially dangerous and I understand there is upside if he manages to take off.
QB2 behind a strong QB1? That's about the only way IMHO, many will grab Richardson 1st and then come back with a veteran behind him.
I have been running mocks with MoP Jr on the Sleeper app for weeks since the NFL draft ended and it seems too easy to watch 6-8 QBs go off the board
Then double dip at QB in rounds 7-8-9 like as an example I have been able to pair Tua Tags with Jared Goff several times
That feels a lot safer IMHO than what some of you are plotting courses for
Cha-Ching!
