Has QB: Brees, Watson, Wentz

Team 2 needs QB Upgrade

Has TE: Kelce, Irv Smith, Jonnu Smith

Has QB: Bridgewater, Brissett (Kelly & Eason IND QBs too), Tua, Trubisky

I would rather have the Kelce side.  I can cobble together QB's if Bridgewater goes down or make the trade then.

IMO to me, the trade values are similarly close, thus, to answer your question, I see the trade as fair.  Now, if I am the Kelce owner, I would want a bit more.  If I am the Watson owner, I would want to move Wentz as he seems to be nicked up more, thus I don't trust his ability to stay on the field.  

So, if I am team 1, I would want to try and move Wentz instead of Watson...  thus the trade would probably not fly
If I am team 2, I would want more in return.  Thus, I would pass on the offer
