What would be Njoku's current trade value? A future first? 

I would say yes. I have been trying to get him & no one wants to move him

With your starting requirements I am not so sure.  Not a lot of starters so studs are required and although Njoku has potential 1st  rounders are key to win with so few starters.

I wouldn't give up a 1st rounder for him.
