The purpose of these polls is to get an idea of who the majority of voters prefer at a specific pick in a rookie draft. These drafts assume that all 2018 rookie players are available. For the 2QB poll there may be some variance in scoring. Some may be standard, others PPR. I think a lot of 2QB leagues may involve IDP as well so these differences are not accounted for here. Only looking at the offensive skill players in the two most common formats and also 2QB leagues, to get a sense of where the QB are valued relative to other positions, when there is actually scarcity at the QB position. The polls assume 12 teams and likely 24-26 roster spots as the most common format for dynasty. Short bench dynasty leagues should only care about the top 6-12 rookie players.

If a player isn't listed that you would vote for please vote other and then post the name of the player that you voted for so that player can be added to the next poll. Also please suggest players not listed that you would vote for soon, even if not on the particular poll that is active.

I will be using this list compiled by miqws that looks good for populating the poll.

Discussion welcome.Thanks for voting.

Pretty surprised that only 1 QB went in the first 5 picks in the 2 QB poll. I wonder how many voters actually play in 2 QB leagues.

I play in 1 Superflex league with 10 teams and 22 man rosters, and 43 QBs are currently rostered. 4 of the top 10 picks were QBs in each of the past 2 seasons, which is as far as I looked back. And this is generally seen as a stronger QB draft than those drafts.

Maybe it is the uncertainty of landing spots.

Me too. What also surprised me is that for the first 4 polls the same player won every poll. I thought there might be more difference of which players are favored to split that up on a couple polls maybe, but nope. We finally saw that with poll 1.05 where there was a preference for Ronald Jones over Rashaad Penny in the PPR and 2 TE poll (also assumes PPR).

According to the polls a little more than half of the people voting play in 2 QB leagues. Some times people vote other as an abstain which would be the same as voting they do not play the format.

The scarcity of QB in your league isn't quite as bad as a 12 team 2 QB league. Each team averages 4.3 QB on their roster in your league and the competition at other positions is a bit strong since it is a flex consideration. In a 12 team league you should expect about 52 QB to be rostered, so even the speculative developmental guys are gone and less available on the wire.

I also agree that this group of QB looks at least as strong as last season, which was an above average QB group imo. There are usually only 2-3 decent QB in a average draft if there are any.
