It's a tough call, but with Eric Rowe (slot corner) and Stephon Gilmore both out, I would lean Sanu.  Chances are if the NE defensive backfield gets confused, they will all converge on Julio leaving the other receivers to run uncovered.

If Sanu plays I like him. With Bellicheck scheming to stop Julio, Sanu has a very nice floor.

I picked ginn in the poll but just saw the weather at the GB game. Go with sanu.

Sanu, dont over think. Pats D will be all over julio. It'll be a shoot out for sure. i think sanu's floor is high today.
