Now that the NFL draft is complete and we have had a few days to let things sink in, lets find out what the SP thinks of the rookies and where they stack up against each other for fantasy.

I decided to expand to four different polls post NFL draft, as now we can consider how each player fits with their teams and what that may mean in terms of fantasy points.

I am populating the poll from my own rankings, with the exception of the 2QB poll where I will slot the top 3 QB choices at all times. If a player is not listed that you think should be, please recommend that they be added to the appropriate poll. If you would vote for a player who is not listed please vote other and post who you voted for, and that player will be added to the next poll.

Discussion welcome. Thanks everyone for voting.

I would be happy to continue these polls if there were more participation. I decided to let it go because there wasn't.

But if this poll gets more than 40 votes I will make a thread for pick 2.09

This poll being completed would at least have the top 20. There are still good players available including all of the QB. I am curious about when a QB might win one of these polls in the standard/PPR voting. In the pre NFL draft polls no QB won those polls yet before that finished.

Get where you are coming from but it would be nice to get through 2.12

Saw him [Joe Williams] go in the late first in a couple of drafts recently.  Just crazy
Yeah, I would agree.  There has been some speculation that Joe Williams would overtake Carlos Hyde, but I just don't see it.  He could find a lightning role to Hyde's thunder, but I am not convinced he would have enough value in that role to warrant such an early pick.  Williams will battle UFA Matt Breida for a role in this offense which also has Tim Hightower and Kapri Bibbs.  Much has been made of the report that Hyde was struggling with Shanahan's offense in OTAs :

"Hyde is the slowest and most indecisive running back on the team," Grant Cohn of the Press Democrat writes. "I’m not saying he’s bad – he does have quick feet between the tackles, he can bounce inside runs to the outside and he plows through defenders. But he doesn’t seem to have the vision to succeed in Kyle Shanahan’s outside-zone running scheme. Tuesday, he was the only running back who never found a hole to run through. On one stretch play, he missed a cutback lane, tried to bounce around the outside even though the linebacker had set the edge and lost three yards. The Niners should trade him to a team that runs the zone read."

The Niners spent a fourth round pick on Joe Williams of Utah in this year's draft, at the request of Shanahan. In that same piece, Cohn says Williams is impressing at OTAs.
Williams has top-end athleticism, speed and burst, and it is not at all surprising that he looked good in shorts.  However, he is not going to generate a lot of yards on his own, he is inexperienced in the passing game, struggles in pass protection and has had some fumbling problems.

Shanahan reportedly lobbied for the Niners to select Williams, so that should not be dismissed.

I have Joe Williams as a mid to late 2nd round pick in dynasty leagues, and I could see him going higher, but a late first is too high, imo.

Appreciate all the work you do, sorry I don't always catch them to vote in.

It is an interesting year where 3 QBs went so early, but aren't getting much FF love.  In dynasty, I'm thinking Kizer could be good value.
