I have Tyrell Williams cheaply for the next three years. Was offered a 2019 first rounder in a 12 team dynasty. PPR. Expect this pick to be mid-late.

Wouldn't even hesitate. I don't think Tyrell Williams is a top-60 WR going forward. He's at best the #3 WR on the Chargers, and its possible a healthy Benjamin could pass him as well, plus they likely will have more TE production than most teams.
Williams had a nice season last year, but it felt fluky, about 90% of it was everything falling into place, he was the last man standing, and while his raw stats look nice, he left Rivers out to dry on a ton of his routes. He put up decent stats, because Rivers basically forced him the ball, because everyone else was hurt( Allen, Benjamin, Stevie)
If the Chargers were high on him, they wouldn't have drafted Mike Williams.
