This poll is to find out where rookie players stack up after the combine.

My goal is to run these polls up until the NFL and see how far we can get. Hopefully a top 25 at least, but if polls go fast maybe we can get deeper than that. Will have to see how this goes.

There are two polls, one for typical 12 team leagues 20 roster spots, PPR or standard scoring. Although there are some differences between these two scoring formats, I don't think the information gained by that difference is much, the order should be about the same except that WR should be valued more in PPR leagues.

The second poll is for 2 QB leagues as I want to see where the QBs are valued compared to other players in this format.

Please suggest players you think should be on the next set of polls or changes you might make to the players currently available in the poll.

I am pulling names from Mike Clays nice top 100 list here. But I will add new players based on the communities recommendations before just adding the next player from Mikes list.

Discussion very welcome.

I'd bet at least one qb goes by now in normal leagues but I don't know which and it probably won't be by me.

Likely.  Someone always falls in love with a QB too early.

Trouble is, right now, without knowing landing spots, that early love is divided four ways so not a factor in these polls.

I suspect "NYJ QB" or "CLE QB" might have outpolled any of the four names in these polls.  By fantasy draft time, we'll know which name goes with which spot, and the four likely resolve into a 1-4 ranking instead of a tie..

That could be that people will draft the destination and draft position over the QB post draft.

This poll does give an indication of how people in 2 QB leagues value those players without knowing their destination.

1.07 Watson

1.12 Trubisky (although he was very close to winning 1.09)

2.01 Kizer

2.02 Mahomes

So if Watson isn't the first QB drafted, perhaps the order will switch. There was more support for Watson than the other 3 who all went in sequence 4 picks after Watson fell.

A lot of it depends on the league as far as how soon or late they are drafted. I suspect the QB will go a bit later than usual in start one QB leagues because they are not considered to be that good, and also because of the quality of players at the RB and TE positions in this draft pushing them down.
