10-team standard redraft. 

I have Evans on bye and my other WRs are DT, Travis Benjamin, SSS & now Kerley. 

Have DT & Kerley starting right now, but considering picking up Meredith because of his soft matchup and chemistry with QB Hoyer. 

Should I drop SSS to pick up Meredith? And if so, should I start him over Kerley??

Meredith has a great match-up and Kaep is such a huge question mark that I'd go with Meredith for sure.

Go with Meredith. Had the same dilemma when waivers came up and only went with Kerley because of bye week issues later on. That doesn't seem to be an issue for your receivers though, so Meredith easily gets my vote.

I'd go Kerley. He's had several good games in his career, and is the #1 in San Fran. Meredith had 1 good week, he could have another, he could also go 2-25.
