Not to upstage McGarnicle's wonderful threads, but I want to dig a little deeper to see how the board rates chicks on a 1-10 scale.  This will be the first of a ten part series where I'll provide several pictures of a famous actress/model/musician and you'll be asked to rate her to the best of your abilities.  Once all 10 have been rated, I'll aggregate the data and summarize the results.

Has there been any comparative analysis done, or is it all, "she's not a 9, she's a 7?"  

We have similar back and forths at my office over subjective ratings.  It wasn't until I compiled a 10-15 chick project like this that everyone noticed how they rate against an average and where the outliers were.  

ETA - Like whoever's voting 4.5 needs to be called to floor after this project is over so we can see who they think deserves much higher scores than her.

Funny you should pick my favorite of all time for this pole. Not sure about objective rankings or comparisons to other chicks, but for me she's the 10.

 
I'll participate, and try to use a consistent way of scoring each by some specific attributes:

Body:  7.5

Face: 9.0

Sexual: 8.0

Attitude: 7.5

Overall: 8.0

I met ScarJo once and it felt a little like finding out Santa's not real. She was attractive of course, but not stunning by any means. And this was in a formal setting so she was made up and wearing a nice dress. It was a cocktail party before the White House Correspondent's Dinner, with 150ish people. From an eye candy standpoint she was totally overshadowed by this woman, which I suppose means she can't really be a 10. Super nice, though.

Bolded comment 1:   I assume guys here like chicks and they also like stats.  I've found through my own experience that guys also like when chicks and stats are combined.  

Comment 2:  You're wasting a lot of your time on something you say you don't care about.  You could always take your wet blanket somewhere else.  

Comment 3:  I disagree, it's not that I find it unacceptable.  It's subjective.  Who am I to tell them they're wrong.  That doesn't mean I can't ask them who they feel is worthy of higher numbers.  

Today I learned MSUDaisy isn't the only female poster on this board.

Watched a bit of that movie Lucy last night and kept thinking she is a bit of a butter face with a body that is past prime.  Granted, this is on a Hollywood scale but I don't get the hype on this particular broad.

 
She's old school/1960's Playboy hot...in that she's real world awesome, but one needs to like curves on a woman to really appreciate her. 8.5 in the celebrity world....but I think there's more than a couple of Scarletts on every major college campus. 

 
I once recognized her in a movie solely by her boobs. An idle summer afternoon a few years ago, Eight Legged Freaks comes on the tube. The inestimable Kari Wuhrer is top billed so I decide to watch, finding it pretty awful but at least not taking itself very seriously. Kari's character has a teenage daughter, kinda cute, bad hairstyle. Looked familiar, couldn't place her, though. So the gang is fixing to make their escape from a house under attack by the giant spiders (giggle) and the teenage daughter, clad in a fairly thin t-shirt, yanks on a jacket. As her arm reaches back for it, something in the curve under the t-shirt rings an undeniable bell with my gonads. "Hey," I said to myself. "I know those boobs. Those are Scarlett Johansson's!" And it was.

 
 I fully admit there are probably hotter women out there but there's just something about her that does it for me a thousand percent

I don't disagree with what you're saying, but I believe it's a relatively harmless way to generate some good laughs & schtick.

This is an important point when trying to compare these Hollywood superstars to the women we see in our own towns every day.  Is a perfect 10 even attainable if it's really just an image that's created with makeup, push-up bras, and airbrushing?   

I will say that I got on a plane right behind Minka Kelly a few years ago.  I didn't know who she was at the time, but she definitely stood out from the caliber of girls I'm used to seeing.  I noticed the name Kelly Minka on her luggage, so decided to Google in case she was famous.  Sure enough.  She was flying to Tampa to bang that lucky bastage Jeter.
