Is there a way to see the date these projections were updated similar to the season projections? Given that David Cobb has stats projected for week 1 is it safe to assume these projections haven't been looked at since they were first put in?

I read Norton's opinion on defensive players every week and noticed on his IDP rankings that Boulware is not there....I know he has been somewhat of a bust this season but to not be ranked in the top 60 this week against the Rams?? Just curious if this was oversight or there was some reasoning...
