I have good insurance (relatively) high deductible thing, company pays 1900/3000 of the whole family deductible through a HSA contribution.  Good coverage, no complaints.  Costs about $95/month for the whole family. Wife is working full time and they have a ####ty HDHP and they give 1000/3000...

There has to be a way to group stuff by tasks as they come in. Just setting filters and stuff isn't getting the job done. Is there some 3rd party organization tool out there that automates some of the task management and scheduling?
