FWIW, when Tolzien started that Thanksgiving game last year, Hilton played roughly the entire first half (before getting injured). During that half, he produced 3 rec, 5 targets, 54 yds.  Extremely small sample, but it seems at the very least, Tolzien could still get the ball to him.
