I've been checking the Guru out for years...I only noticed the post above recently and realized it looked exactly like Jene's posts from years prior. Good to know he's not "leeching," but, rather collaborating with the original guru
Bradley said Tuesday at the NFL owners meetings that Gerhart can be a three-down back.
"He has the ability to play all three downs," Bradley said. "How many carries he gets ... we would like to run the ball over 40 percent of the time. There might be 28-30 carries in a game, and there aren't...
How about it's bc he has played on 7 different NFL teams and never been more than a 3rd down back. Or, yeah, maybe it is "because he is white"..what a random 'wow' comment that is.
Yeah, he got hung up on almost every run by first downfield blocker...definitely disappointed....I think not having Briggs out there to guide him had him shook
Hey, whatever works....but, in my opinion, that sounds like the opposite of competition...you could do that maneuver just to pick up a FA who blew up in the afternoon games before anyone else gets a fair shot....but, like I said, whatever cranks your tractor
Yeah, I'm pumped for this week's performance....I'm definitely thinking 9-10 solos, with either a sack, int, ff, or a couple PD....he's too fast not to make a big play week in and week out....with Briggs out, the show is his and only adds to his growth and experience.
We use CBS, have now for 6 years, transitioning over from yahoo which we used for 10 years....CBS has had it ups and downs. We use the pay version. There is some new stuff this year which is awesome and hilarious, such as "around the league", where the computer does an amazing job of recapping...
The Miami - NE game stats for IDP was ridiculous....Ellerbe had 2 solo and 9 assist....Wheeler had 1 solo and 7 assist, Clemons 3 solo 7 assist....it's like they were scared to give any LB a solo tackle. Wheeler definitely had several solo tackles, but because another player "touched" the guy...
Cruz injury looked more like whiplash...his shoulder didn't seem involved....as in, the force of the body slam didn't all go to one shoulder...he's probably ok to return from the looks of his demeanor walking to locker room
