There's always a rookie mini camp, usually a few weeks+ before OTAs start for the entire team. Some teams may only have a few draft picks, but they'll have a dozen+ UDFAs, and I believe 2nd year/practice squad guys are considered part of this group as well. Pretty sure most teams are rolling...

He went 1.12 in a non TE-P draft I posted in the other thread. At that point I was trying to trade up from 2.4 to get him just because of the value even though I already own LaPorta.

I don't think I mind paying that to get an instant 2nd tier dynasty asset. I think if you looked at this from a startup equity perspective you come out ahead nicely. Moore is good and will hurt to give up but I think his ceiling with the other mouths to feed is now solidly a good wr2.

I own him in 2 leagues, and am considering making an offer for 2.4 in the league I don't have him in. Having said that, I wouldn't sell him for 2.4 in the other leagues.
