I thought it was really fun. It does well straddling between horror, comedy, and whimsy. It would work really well as a first horror movie (I usually suggest Drag Me to Hell for this, too). It's on Peacock.

There's a possibility they are worried about an ongoing battle between the city and Uber/Lyft over driver pay. The rideshare companies are threatening to leave Minneapolis over it. Seems like something that would figure itself out by then, though.
