Zillow will automatically adjust their Zestimate based on what a house is listed at and again after it closes at the actual sale price. Most people just don't realize it and surprise, most houses close not far off from where the Zestimate shows!

I know a lot of people really like Flowers but that's basically him plus two seconds in a twelve teamer for the 1.02 in TEP? Give me the 2 (and either of Bowers or Nabers) easily. I've been finding there is a perceived significant tier break after pick 11 in my 1QB leagues as well.

I like Thomas quite a bit but put me on the future 1st side like the others. If this move had been to grab a QB at 1.10 it would make a lot more sense to me.

To add some context as well, appears Team A decided to blow-up their team for a full on rebuild/fire sale. IMO, they probably could have rolled it back again this year to compete but their team was aging out quickly and weak at RB and it's assets other than Lamb were likely going to lose value...

Late 1st at best (unless there's a team or two picking shortly after 4 in dire need of a QB upgrade.) They added a good weapon sure, but multiple WR's and RB's landed in solid to great spots and they are almost always more valuable than QB's in start 1 leagues.

He’s gone at 5 and 6 in two of my drafts so far. Ahead of Thomas in the first and Bowers in the last one, seems people are pretty heavily hyped about the Bills landing spot.

Yeah, I mentioned in the McConkey thread that there are a few names I wouldn't fault someone taking ahead of Odunze, but there are a few there that wouldn't be on my personal list. Coleman as WR2 is particularly shocking

I like Rice long-term but the difference between MHJr and & Odunze is huge IMO and way bigger than Rice and his suspension risk. Getting anything for Ekeler right now is a win, he may have a slight rebound in season, but nothing in value to compare to upgrading to MHJr.
